This was fixed a long time ago with <https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab-maint/wikidiff2.git/commit/?id=d83ceb2ff550ff0831738cda29477cbe46e64281>. wikidiff2 1.4.1+ no longer includes a PHP file anyways. -- Kunal
