As for sounds, eagle_has_landed.wav obviously comes from NASA as well; the rest are trivial sound effects that could be either made by the game authors' or come from any typical source of such assets. As they're too generic to search for, I'd say an assumption they are legitimately covered by the license unless there's any evidence to the contrary is reasonable.
