I had some trouble with this in Ubuntu until Stefano Rivera suggested: is_bad = .depends ~ /r-api-3(,|$)/; Interesting thing is that r-cran-nlp doesn't show up in the Debian tracker. It must have missed a binNMU to pick up a dependency on 'r-api-3' in the first place. I wonder if there are other packages like this. Maybe we need 'r-base-core' in is_affected as well?
