I just commited your file into the upstream repository, so it will be part of the next release. So far, there is no change upstream but translations, so your file should be uptodate already. Just to mention, you may want to translate the documentation in addition to the binary translation. For that, use the files under po/pod. Also, po4a can be translated on weblate if you wish. I guess that this is less burdensome to get an uptodate file to translate, and to integrate your work into the package. But you can certainly submit further bugs if you prefer, I don't mind.
