Package: libsane1
Version: 1.0.27-1~experimental2

Dear all,

sane-backends source package generates libsane1 that break libsane. Some package is based on libsane, on my Debian 8.9 "Jessie" machine it breaks:
*colord
* hplip
* printer-driver-postscript-hp
* simple-scan
* xsane

If libsane1 provides the same API as libsane it could be a good idea to edit the debian/control to add a "provide" section to indicate that libsane1 provide libsane. I've attached a patch to add this proposal into "debian/control".

FYI, I see a version 1.0.27-1~experimental3 in git but not in the experimental repository.

Best regards.
