Skrooge notifications are configured with all of those: - Negative message - Neutral message - Positive message - Error message set to have absolutely no actions associated, esp. not “Play a sound”. However, a warning sound is played when hitting C-q for quit when a file hasn't been saved in the first place. With the above settings, I'm expecting Skrooge to be absolutely quiet. KiBi.
