I'm ready to apply it, but you didn't use the most recent master
revision. For instance, your patch doesn't include this:
* Add --allow-change-held-packages to apt-get calls. Thanks to Michel, Vincas

Can you rebase it? Otherwise I can have a look myself and apply it by hand.
