Justification: fails to build from source

Builds of chkservice for hurd-i386 and kfreebsd-* (admittedly not release
architectures) have been failing because the stub libsystemd-dev available
there lacks sd-bus.h:

  /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/include/chk-systemd.h:27:10: fatal error: systemd/sd-bus.h:
No such file or directory

Please restrict this package's architecture to linux-any, since it's not
realistic to expect systemd to become available elsewhere. (AIUI, the stub
-dev package exists for the sake of daemons that explicitly coordinate with
systemd where possible but can still function without it.)

Thanks!
