Package: chromium
Version: 61.0.3163.100-1~deb9u1

In recent versions the flag --media-router=0 introduced with fix for bug #833477 is no longer valid and the old chromecast plugin is not usable in any case.

If the flag load media router component extension is enabled, and compatible devices are located on the LAN, it produces a crash shortly after startup with no useful backtrace. To work around, one must start without extensions, or with the LAN connection disabled and disable the media router component extension. Of course, then media router cannot be used. The issue appears to be the same as in the linked Ubuntu bug report, which also includes a fix: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser/+bug/1702407
