Follow-up Comment #1, bug #15790 (project freefont):
Note that in my original report, I mistakenly got the names backward. It
should read:
In FreeSerif, glyphs for U+2198 and U+2199 are backwards.
- U+2198 = SOUTH EAST ARROW but in FreeSerif it points south-west
- U+2199 = SOUTH WEST ARROW but in FreeSerif it points south-east
Sorry for the confusion!
