two small glitches I notices when browsing the quagga sources and
documentation:
* In doc/bgpd.texi:1724f, the footnote "(@pxref{Packet Binary Dump Format})"
is duplicated.
* The word "Timestamp" is misspelled twice in bgpd/bgp_dump.c:744f.
