please update gnu-efi to the latest upstream version (3.0.6). It appears that upstream made a few small API changes from 3.0.4 → 3.0.5, which at least for syslinux will cause a FTBFS [1] (patches are available). I think it's a good idea to update this early in the release cycle so all Build-Dependencies have enough time to update in case they need to. Making an orderly transition will be difficult, as it seems like syslinux-efi is the only binary package in my the unstable amd64 package list that has a Built-Using dependency on gnu-efi… Thank you Lukas [1] http://www.syslinux.org/archives/2017-June/025816.html
