Dear Maintainer I've Debian Stretch with calamaris 2.99.4.5-1 and I get the "Negative repeat count does nothing" warnings:
Negative repeat count does nothing at /usr/bin/calamaris line 4017, <> line 125672. Negative repeat count does nothing at /usr/bin/calamaris line 4014, <> line 125672. I've updated calamaris to version 2.99.4.5-2, but unluckily I still receive the next warning: Negative repeat count does nothing at /usr/bin/calamaris line 4017, <> line 33066. Before with 2.99.4.5-1 version I always received two line warnings, but now I received only one. Regards -- Jorge Redondo
