Can confirm this for 1.2.0.8.dfsg-1.5 - using version 1.3.5.2-0.1
I proposed in #775341 it plays a short sound and prints
| [chuck]: RtApiAlsa::startStream(): the stream is already running!
Which I guess is the expected behaviour.
