Package: procps
Version: 2:3.3.12-3
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

Comments in /etc/sysctl.conf state

###################################################################
# Magic system request Key
# 0=disable, 1=enable all
# Debian kernels have this set to 0 (disable the key)
# See https://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation/sysrq.txt
# for what other values do
#kernel.sysrq=1

This does not seem to be true:

# sysctl kernel.sysrq
kernel.sysrq = 438

This misinformation has potential security implications.

Best wishes,
Todor
