Hi Andreas Since the upload of 2.2.0-1, r-bioc-ensembldb's autopkgtests have been failing [1]. It seems all of the tests now require EnsDb.Hsapiens.v75. I think the thing to do here is rm -rf debian/tests/ Regards Graham [1] https://ci.debian.net/packages/r/r-bioc-ensembldb/unstable/amd64/
