It is not recommended (possible?) to exclude single packages from a mirror. @Dan: We have mirrors in countries that are not that fond on things like free speech or human rights. I know the issue is highly theoretical (as stated before), but assuming that people who mirror Debian are often also people who are active in (net-) politics, this is a possible risk for them if the executive forces or government want to create a crime. As I live in Austria where it is now illegal to use a scarf at temperatures over 0°C and "preparing to touch" a policemen is a worse crime than manslaughter on multiple people I am rather sensible to that. I just don't see a point in patching a file in a package that is not in the upstream source and that could become a problem for people who volunteer their time and money to create a mirror. Even if it is decided to keep this image, a warning on the "How to mirror Debian" concerning this issue would be good. All the best Sebastian
