Actually, the problem is the other way round - control.tar.{gz,xz} have
different names and the contents aren't similar enough (I guess because they
are compressed differently).
If you give --fuzzy-threshold 400 (i.e. >212, as mentioned in your log) then it
works.
In the meantime, I'll work on a fix that "just works" and doesn't require the
user to pass that flag manually.
