Hi Adam, I emailed you and didn't get any response, so I guessed you were really busy. My apologies for misusing the term "orphaned", I am trying to learn about packaging, and contributing to debian packages. Perhaps I misunderstood the procedure, but I found no ITP for the new Kea package, so I opened the ITP assuming nobody was working on it.
Anyway, I just completed the build of the isc-kea 1.3.0 package. I made a lot of improvements (I think) and tried to clean up some of the lintian errors/warnings. I would be happy to create a pull request or whatever with my changes. I have a few other minor tweaks to do, but I can provide the updates I made as well. Please let me know how you would like me to proceed.
