For me, it happens almost every time I move a file - pictures, videos, PDFs... And after clicking on "Fix" and entering password, after few clicks, Nemo crashes completely.
I tried deleting a thumbnail cache, from ./cache/thumbnails and .thumbnails, as I found few people mentioning it fixes things for a while, but for me it returns very quickly, after only few operations).
