Hi, individual note playback works, but the playback button is greyed out. I have a SoundBlaster Live! card and "playmidi -a" on an external MIDI file works fine, but I could not figure out from denemo's help how to configure playback of the entered composition to work. I do not have an orchestra file for csound - pointers to basic information on getting csound to work would also be helpful.
