Package: munin Version: 1.2.3-1 Severity: normal Hello,
I have recently set up multiple networks with munin (nice, by the way - thank you) and one of the many things we are monitoring is entropy. Since the entropy plugin doesn't have built in critical or warning states, I have added a line like: entropy.entropy.critical .001: To each of my nodes entries, and added contact.someuser.command mail -s "Munin notification" [EMAIL PROTECTED] To the top of munin.conf. This gets me an email when a node runs out of entropy, as it should. Unfortunately, it also results in me getting a daily email about all of the nodes entropy states, even when they are in the OK state. This seems unreasonable to me. Looking through the code, it seems to me that this is because --force is set. I see no place in the code where foporce does anything reasonable, so for now I have pulled it out of /etc/cron.d/munin. Is there some reason it is enabled by default?
