Package: wvdial Version: 1.61-4.1 Followup-For: Bug #680340 Dear Maintainer,
this bug was reported to be a duplicate of #674006. The page https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=674006 mentions that bug being closed in 2012. Yet I am still unable to use wvdial after a recent upgrade in the second half of 2017 due to exactly the bug described here. I would like to better understand why this bug is a duplicate of another, since long fixed, bug, yet wvdial remains unusable. Thank you in advance!
