As Chad Miller wrote at http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2002/03/msg01245.html "I'd also suggest that such a package wouldn't pass the DFSG 'field of endeavour' clause. ${foo}ists may use Debian, too." There should at least be a warning in the postinst script that BX contains $ISSUE taglines, where ISSUE = racist / full of swearing / whatever.
