The only mention of a patch in the upstream report is: "There's a patch for this problem at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=81674, yet I don't think it's a correct fix" Don't expect busy maintainers to go read all your links and guess which patches are correct and which ones aren't. Instead, you should *attach* the appropriate patch, in git format, to the bug report, and clearly state the reasons why the patch should be accepted. Cheers, Emilio
