Builds of libsimpleini failed for most architectures due to differences between the library's actual symbols and the expectations in libsimpleini1.symbols, as detailed at https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=libsimpleini&ver=4.17%2Bdfsg-1 These failures occurred on all 32-bit architectures and on the 64-bit architectures s390x, alpha, and ppc64; the details almost certainly vary to some extent by architecture.
