If this is the case and the license situation is not cleared up, then there is nothing we can do here. yfonts package supports 4 different gothic fonts, one of which (yinit) we cannot ship. There is no way we will remove yfonts package, and upstream will not remove support for yinit fonts as they are there and can be installed by any user.
