Package: lprng
Version: 3.8.B-2.1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I am trying to print to my Canon LBP2900 through lprng and samba from a windows
client (the drivers are better and that's the intended use case).
Usblp is fine and there is no error until I actually try to print something.
When I do, I get a "check your print server" error on my windows client and on
the linux machine I get "lp0 device or resource busy" when I run checkpc -f.
However, lsof says that the only process using /dev/usb/lp0 is lpd.

What could be the reason for this error?

BTW, I have been using this guide as reference:
https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=91&t=108737

Thank you,
Bogdan
