Right.

Off-list (probably a failure-to-CC accident) Ian suggested replacing
build-source by "build-dsc" or "export-dsc" to avoid generating a
.changes.  I agree because this would make it clearer that the right way
to do source-only uploads with dgit is `push-source`.
