As per https://github.com/prometheus/prometheus/issues/3665 upstream has expressed they are not supporting 32 bit arches any more, and their doubt about the usefulness of the package in those arches. Since this is preventing prometheus from migrating to testing, please remove the i386 packages from the archive. Thanks.
