I'm sorry. I was not considering that Suggests could be used as well. If this is sufficient for your purpose, then so be it. It is your call to make. I have too little clue about palo to contribute here. If the average palo user would want to use e2fsprogs as well, then likely you should upgrade to Recommends at least.
