I failed to find the debian source code for the package, it is not listed on PTS: https://packages.qa.debian.org/g/grilo-plugins.html I went with apt-get source, rebuild and installed the package. In Rhythmbox I now have the radios: France Inter France Culture France Musique FIP Mouv' I can listen to each of them.
