Control: retitle -1 uniq "loses" non-identical lines with some locales
I'm changing the title to refer to just "uniq" because it seems that this behaviour of "sort -u" is specified; only "uniq" is behaving incorrectly. The upstream bug only talks about "sort -u" so should perhaps be unlinked. Is there a separate upstream bug somewhere for "uniq"?
