Package: mate-desktop-environment Version: 1.18.0+2~bpo9+1 Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer, I updated from mate 1.16 (debian stable) to 1.18 (stretch-backports): apt install -t stretch-backports mate-desktop-environment (+ upgrading some packages manually: caja-*, mate-themes) With 1.16, the right mouse "button" of my touchpad was recognised correctly. When pressing it now with 1.18, it seems to be recognised as left mouse button. Note that on my machine (X1 Carbon, 2nd generation) there is no extra "button", it is just the up right corner of the touchpad. I tried the same on an Xa Carbon 1st generation, where there is a actual button, and it is not a problem at all with mate 1.18.
