Hi,
I just hit this with the the latest 1.13.1~ds2-3 → 1.13.1~ds2-3+b1
binNMU.
Bumping the severity to "important", although it could easily even
be release critical as it renders docker unusable. However, I am
unsure of all the side-effects of restarting the service (eg. could
that lose data? etc.)
#861224 and #878912 look like a duplicate of #792327
