Hi maintainers A result of help given on a forum Debian, the solution has been found.
We can install Cinnamon 3.2 minimum version without the recommended packages or the packages suggested. For applets, desklets, and extensions are working properly, you need to install the gettext package. By itself, it solves the problem,and the installation of the applets is done without any problem.
