Package: apcupsd

i believe package maintainer probably forgot (or never even thought)
that apcupsd often used on servers which have no Xorg or GNOME! i will
never install any part of GNOME (gconf-service, libatk1.0-0, libcairo,
etc, etc) on any server of mine, so this new version of apcupsd package
is no use to me. and i know for sure it's not just me
i propose removal of the following dependencies which are unnecessary to
utilize apcupsd:
gconf-service, libatk1.0-0 (>= 1.12.4), libcairo2 (>= 1.2.4),
ibfontconfig1 (>= 2.11), libfreetype6 (>= 2.2.1), libgconf-2-4 (>=
3.2.5), libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 (>= 2.22.0), libglib2.0-0 (>= 2.31.8),
libgtk2.0-0 (>= 2.8.0), libpango-1.0-0 (>= 1.14.0), libpangocairo-1.0-0
(>= 1.14.0), libpangoft2-1.0-0 (>= 1.14.0), libx11-6, libxext6
