Package: mcelog

Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

I've installed mcelog package on Debian Buster.

With linux-image-4.14.0-3-amd64, mcelog service immediately stops with the
following message:

    $ sudo journalctl -u mcelog
    -- Logs begin at Tue 2018-02-06 19:23:17 +06, end at Tue 2018-02-06

    фев 06 19:23:18 a-mezin systemd[1]: Started LSB: Machine Check Exceptions
(MCE) collector & decoder.

And any attempts to run mcelog --client fail with following messages:

    $ sudo mcelog --client
    mcelog: client connect: No such file or directory
    mcelog: client command write: Transport endpoint is not connected
    mcelog: client read: Invalid argument
