/usr/share/doc/openvpn/examples/easy-rsa/2.0/pkitool is compressed to pkitool.gz. This makes easy-rsa 2.0 unuseable out of the box. Please consider using the debian/openvpn.compress file in the source package to prevent pkitool from being compressed by dh_compress.
