Package: tellico Version: 1.1.1-1 Severity: normal Hi altogether,
I wanted to import a latin1 encoded bibtex database but this didn't get
special characters right (Umlauts and accented characters from author's
names). Sometimes the name is truncated at the umlaut's position.
Most of the time I use \usepackage[latin1]{inputenc} in my latex
documents, my bibtex files use special characters, too.
If the encoding of imported files is deduced from the LC_* environment
variables I suggest that the encoding detect vim uses ist used in
tellico, too.
Thanks,
Wolfi
