It's hard to know exactly what sorts of compatibility issues need to
be mentioned.  Can you please provide some additional examples of
information on this topic that you would like to see?

I'm not sure in what ways elserv interacted with emacs-wiki, so it's
hard to answer that.  Muse comes with a muse-http.el file that can
turn Emacs into a webserver, much like the emacs-wiki-httpd.el module,
except that it doesn't need an external Python script.
