Sorry but I am not planning to fix that in clang either. The goal of
creating the clang tools package was to have a Clang compiler with a
minimal package size.  So, I won't have a dependency from clang to
Clang-tools

Httpping should be updated instead.

So the root cause of the httping FTBFS is actually a missing dependency
in clang.
