In syslog: Feb 24 14:49:11 xyz radvd[8765]: invalid all-zeros prefix in /etc/radvd.conf, line 11 But according to documentation of radvd.conf, ::/64 is perfectly valid. Also after emiting this "invalid ... prefix" message, radvd runs happily anyway as it should. So, the message is pointless and confusing.
