Package: make Version: 3.80+3.81.rc1-1 Severity: normal
I tried to compile the kernel (2.6.15 and 2.6.15.4) but make fail to restart where it stopped when I stop it; it restart from the very beginning. It does not seams to appear when I compile something else (ffmpeg, transcode) I tried to compile my kernel with make from crux and gentoo, it works. I took the sources of the kernel from www.kernel.org. I of course sometimes make clean. I tried to copy sources from crux to debian and vice-versa, and it always seems that it is the make of debian that fail. It also tried to change sources of filesystem (hey, you never know), same. I installed make 3.80-9 and it works -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.15-pf Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] (charmap=ISO-8859-15) Versions of packages make depends on: ii libc6 2.3.6-2 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an make recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
