Whenever a file is to be opened rather than saved, instead of the file being opened, and also when clicking on a mailto: link, there are lots of processes named "gnome_segv2" showing up instead. At about the same time as they all disappear, firefox displays the error message: "** ERROR **: Can't create CORBA main-thread wakeup pipe\naborting..."
I'm not sure the problem and the error message are related.
