Are you sure you properly restarted mailman after putting these
configurations on?

Looking at the traceback, it really seems that the call to postfix.py is due
to a configuration variable setting the MTA to postfix.

Can you give it a try by making sure no postfix mention is in your
configuration file, killing all mailman3-related processes and starting a
mailman3 binary afterwards?
