The codespell(1) man page contains:

       -D FILE, --dictionary=FILE
              Custom  dictionary  file that contains spelling correc‐
              tions. If this flag is not specified or equals "-" then
              default   dictionary   "/build/codespell-GXIT5h/c  ode‐
              spell-1.11.0/codespell_lib/data/dictionary.txt"      is
              used. This option can be specified multiple times.

This file does not exist. The default dictionary seems to be:
