Bug#859346: Unable to extract RAR 1.3 and 5.0 archives

Hi,

When I try to extract RAR 1.3 or RAR 5.0 archives from rarlab.com
using unar, they fail as follows:

```
$ unar rar13.rar
rar13.rar: RAR
Archive parsing failed! (File is not fully supported.)
No files extracted.
$ unar rar50.rar
rar50.rar: RAR 5
Archive parsing failed! (Attempted to read more data than was
available.)
No files extracted.
```

Would it be possible to add or fix the support for these formats or,
if not, specify which RAR versions are supported?
