I decided to finalize, tag, and upload 2.12-3ubuntu1 to Bionic without the gbp-pq changes so that it doesn't put intrigeri in the hot seat to make those changes. We'll be happy to do an additional upload that incorporates the packages changes needed for gbp-pq (as long as it isn't too late in the Bionic cycle). You'll find that the ubuntu/master branch is updated and the ubuntu/2.12-3ubuntu1 is pushed to salsa. Tyler
