stepic was included in the whilelist who was provided to me by Ondřej
Nový to bootstrap some python testing with the basic import test that
was added to autodep8, also by him.

This whitelist has 800+ packages; I'm more than happy to have the Python
team owning it; handling requests about individual packages from there
is going to be tough.
